General Travel and Tour Information​

These escorted bus tours are aboard a 45-passenger luxurious motor coach with reclining seats and a restroom with professional, experienced drivers at the wheel.  An experienced professional tour escort will be there to assist you and provide general information for each tour.  On certain tours, a local guide may join the tour to provide detailed information about a specific area.

Motor coach passengers are allowed one suitcase free of charge that will be delivered to your room each evening and picked up and returned to the coach upon departure.  One carry-on bag is permissible, with the passenger being responsible to transport it on and off the coach.

All tours require advance reservations which require a deposit to confirm the reservations.  Final payments  are due 45 days before departure.  Trip cancellation and medical insurance is available and is HIGHLY

recommended.  Cost is based  upon the dollar amount of your tour.  Benefits only apply if purchased within 14 days of deposit/full payment of trip.

Itinerary, luggage tags and additional information will be mailed to you approximately two weeks before the date of departure.

WOW Tours Ok and the individual motor coach companies act only as your agent in arranging your tour and assumes no responsibility or liability in connection with the services.  We are not responsible for loss or injury in connection with sightseeing, excursions, restaurants, food or liquids, hotel and/or motel accommodations or loss any personal items or luggage. We reserve the right to make alterations in a tour If necessary, without penality to the operators and/or cancel any tour prior to departure and shall be responsible for only they those refunds of payments paid by the said tour participants.
