Daily Itinerary
1. Drive on your own or fly * into Boston's Logan Airport and get a hotel courtesy shuttle to the Hilton Logan Airport Hotel. There will be a welcome briefing at 8:00 pm where you can become acquainted with your new friends.
2. Today visit Old North Church and Boston Commons. Follow Paul Revere's route to Concord and on to Plymouth Rock where the Pilgrims landed. Spend two nights at the Hyannis Doubletree Hilton. Breakfast(B) and dinner(D) included today.
3. Board the ferry at Wood's Hole to visit Martha's Vineyard with it's laid-back, charming life style. Enjoy an island tour to Oak Bluff, Vineyard Haven, and the historic whaling town of Edgartown. After an afternoon of shopping and wandering thru the streets full of art galleries, return by ferry to Cape Cod. (B)
4. Journey to New Port, RI, for a site-seeing tour including The Breakers, the Vanderbilt's summer home, and St. Mary's Church where JFK was married. Continue on to the nation's leading maritime Mystic Seaport Museum with its impressive tall ships. (B)
5. Travel into the Berkshire Mountain's of Massachusetts and the visit the Norman Rockwell Museum and his studio. Overnight in the Green Mountains of Vermont at Stratton Long Trail house. (B)
6. Take a scenic mountain drive to Plymouth Notch, where Calvin Coolidge, our 30th president, was born. Continue on to Woodstock and then thru the White Mountains of New Hampshire to your resort in North Conway, NH. (BD)
7. Today travel past Maine's lakes to Portland, MN, and visit it's waterfront. Continue to Kennebunkport and the Nonantum Resort. Enjoy an included Maine Lobster farewell dinner tonight. (BD)
